PURPOSE / उद्देश्य:-
The main purpose of a packing list is to provide a detailed inventory of the items being shipped. It helps customs officials, shipping companies, and recipients verify the contents of the shipment.
पैकिंग सूची का मुख्य उद्देश्य शिपमेंट में शामिल वस्तुओं की विस्तृत सूची प्रदान करना है। यह कस्टम अधिकारियों, शिपिंग कंपनियों और प्राप्तकर्ताओं को शिपमेंट की सामग्री की सत्यापन में मदद करती है।
CONTENTS / सामग्री**:
01. SHIPPER’S INFORMATION / प्रेषक की जानकारी**: Name, address, and contact details of the sender. प्रेषक का नाम, पता और संपर्क विवरण।
02. CONSIGNEE’S INFORMATION / प्राप्तकर्ता की जानकारी**: Name, address, and contact details of the recipient.प्राप्तकर्ता का नाम, पता और संपर्क विवरण।
03. INVOICE NUMBER / इनवॉइस नंबर**: Reference to the corresponding invoice for the shipment.
शिपमेंट के संबंधित इनवॉइस का संदर्भ।
04. PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER / खरीद आदेश संख्या**: If applicable, the purchase order number related to the shipment. यदि लागू हो, तो शिपमेंट से संबंधित खरीद आदेश संख्या।
05. DESCRIPTION OF GOODS / वस्त्रों का विवरण**: Detailed description of the items being shipped, including quantity, weight, dimensions, and unit price. शिपमेंट में शामिल वस्त्रों का विस्तृत विवरण, जिसमें मात्रा, वजन, आयाम, और इकाई मूल्य शामिल हैं।
06. PACKAGING DETAILS / पैकेजिंग विवरण**: Information about how the goods are packaged, including the type and number of packages, such as boxes, crates, or pallets.
 वस्त्रों की पैकेजिंग के बारे में जानकारी, जिसमें बक्से, क्रेट, या पैलेट जैसी पैकेजों की प्रकार और संख्या शामिल हैं।
07. GROSS WEIGHT AND NET WEIGHT / कुल वजन और शुद्ध वजन**: Total weight of the shipment, including packaging (gross weight), and the weight of the goods alone (net weight).
 शिपमेंट का कुल वजन, जिसमें पैकेजिंग (कुल वजन) शामिल है, और केवल वस्त्रों का वजन (शुद्ध वजन)।
08. VOLUME / आयतन**: The total volume of the shipment, usually measured in cubic meters or cubic feet.शिपमेंट का कुल आयतन, जो सामान्यतः घन मीटर या घन फुट में मापा जाता है।
09. MARKS AND NUMBERS / चिह्न और नंबर**: Any identifying marks, labels, or numbers on the packages for easier identification.
आसान पहचान के लिए पैकेजों पर किसी भी पहचान चिह्न, लेबल, या नंबर।
10. DATE OF SHIPMENT / शिपमेंट की तारीख**: The date when the shipment is dispatched.

11. CARRIER INFORMATION / वाहक जानकारी**: Details about the transportation company handling the shipment, including the mode of transport (e.g., sea, air, and road).
